This was my third time going there and I already got treated like a regular! Raquel is an absolute sweetheart and knew my order by heart and knew when I sat at a different table than I usually do! The people and food make this place incredible! Totally go there!!!"

The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious, but what really keeps me coming back is the outstanding customer service. Raquel always takes my order and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. She is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about providing a great experience. It’s rare to find service this good these days. If you’re looking for amazing food and exceptional hospitality, Sophia’s is the place to go!"

Mar 21, 2026"Ordered the waffles on a stick for my kids... with strawberries and chocolate sauce! They were so good! My son ordered steak tacos which he really liked. So much so I didnt get to taste not one bit. Lol. I orded 3 sopas, birria, pastor and another meat I cant remember but they all were all bomb! Horchata was great. Decent prices too. I'll be going back again. They got more stuff i wanna check out."

Mar 13, 2026"Hands down the best Birria in the Springs, and they have endless birria options. Like Birria burritos, ramen, even birria pizza. They open an ice cream section in here not too long ago, and tonight was the first time we tried it. Love love love!! The restaurant is clean, and the staff is so friendly. Parking lot is easy to get into, and lots of parking. I've been coming in for years, I feel awful for not doing a review sooner."

Mar 05, 2026"Had it for dinner with my son 1 night, loved the birria tacos special, and took my wife there the next day for lunch and she loved the breakfast burritos. Sure enough we went back the next day and I can't get enough of it. Its a Must do if you are in town."
